PHILADELPHIA - Urban Farmer, Philadelphia’s “rustic chic” modern American steakhouse, is partnering with Sly Fox Brewing Company to ring in the changing of the seasons with a very special dinner celebrating Oktoberfest. However, these vehicles are older, and many of them lack modern technology. California Highway Patrol officers interviewed by the newspaper said that older vehicles with turnkey ignition systems are more appealing to thieves.
