PHILADELPHIA, PA – Chef Christopher Kearse’s first ever installment of The French AF Series, titled La Fête du Foie, returns to Forsythia with a brand-new selection of five foie gras dishes incorporating hyper-local, seasonal ingredients on Wednesday, September 14.
