Taste of Home in Philadelphia Canceled After Backlash of Israeli-Owned Food Truck Participating | Philadelphia Caller

PHILADEPHIA, PA - A popular food festival had to cancel after Chef Nir Sheynfeld's, Moshava Food Truck was to participate in The Taste of Home Festival in Philadelphia. But after threats of protests and violence, Moshava was disinvited.

The culinary festival was organized by two local organizations, Eat up the Borders and Sunflower Philly. As a result, the two organizations decided to cancel the event after their Facebook and Instagram accounts received backlash for uninviting the Israeli food truck.
