PHILADELPHIA - Kutest Kids' Parents as Teachers provides Philadelphia and Montgomery County Families with the resources needed to maintain a supportive and healthy family environment. This includes monthly events and parent support groups.
KKPAT has taken its efforts a step further and introduced the KKPAT Store. This is a pop-up shop with all the necessary supplies for parents. The grand opening will be held on Thursday, 22nd June.
Every other month, the KKPAT Store is open to all families enrolled in Kutest Kids Parents as Teachers. Every family will receive KKPAT Kash, which they can use to purchase household items.
The store will sell non-perishable food, school supplies, and baby products (formulas, bibs & bottoms, wipes & diapers, baby food, etc.). Stores will have more oversized items such as Pack 'n Plays and swings.
Families who want to spend their Kash money on weekly or monthly septa cards can order in the store with Vonee Hills, Executive Director of Kutest Kids' Parents as Teachers.
The KKPAT Store is a great way to provide necessities to a family enrolled in our program. Families can budget, save and spend KKPAT Kah when they choose. The Kash does not have to be 'earned,' but instead given as a gift to the families that participate in our services," said Vonee Hills, Executive Director at Kutest Kids Parents as Teachers.
Kutest Kids' Parents as Teachers are launching their KKPAT Store on Thursday, June 22, at the KKPAT Resource Day. Families will gather from 1-5 p.m. at the Salvatore Pachella Memorial Field, Henry-Ridge Ave, Philadelphia, PA, 19128, to be the first to shop in the KKPAT Store. They'll also enjoy games, raffles, and food. There will also be giveaways of baby/toddler gear, summer safety equipment, resource tables, and summer safety education.
