PHILADELPHIA - This mint-forward, the rum-based drink is so beloved that it has its own holiday that falls every year on July 11. It’s become the poster child of summer cocktails – a cool, refreshing mojito. Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar in Old City will celebrate National Mojito Day with $2 classic mojitos at the bar during happy hour, which runs from 4 to 6:30 pm.
PHILADELPHIA - If you love the taste of a refreshing, fizzy, and fresh cocktail, you'll find the best places for Mojitos in Philadelphia. This Cuban cocktail gained fame in the city five years ago and is still featured on many festive drink lists. While the classic mojito is composed of white rum, fresh lime, simple syrup, and club soda, modern variations are available in various flavors. PHILADELPHIA - Last December, the husband-and-wife team behind River Twice, Chef/Owner Randy Rucker and Owner/Operator Amanda Rucker, announced “Cheftivus” – a special five-night guest chef series that saw big names from Philadelphia, Brooklyn, and New Hampshire scheduled for collaboration dinners in the days leading up to Christmas Eve. Then Omicron happened, and the final three dinners were called off. Now, the Ruckers are excited to announce the continuation of the collaboration series as it returns as “Christmas in July.”
PHILADELPHIA - STARR Restaurants is excited to announce the debut of its newest restaurant concept – Café Click at Comcast Center, a French-inspired all-day outdoor café where employees, residents, and visitors alike can relax, socialize, and enjoy a delicious meal throughout the week. Located on the Comcast Center Plaza at 1701 John F. Kennedy Blvd., Café Click will be open starting June 21 for lunch and dinner Monday through Friday from 11:00a-8:00p through September 2022.
