MICHIGAN - According to Redfin, home prices in Michigan raised 7.7% yearly. The median price of homes sold in the state is now $256,600. However, the number of homes sold in the state is down 13.3% year-over-year. This year there were 11,395 home sales, compared to 13,145 last year. On average, homes spent 16 days on the market.
OHIO - The Ohio Real Estate market is experiencing an uptrend. Home prices in the state are expected to rise 10.7% YOY this year, and homes in the Cleveland area are expected to climb 18.8% YOY this year. However, inventory shortages in some neighborhoods are projected to ease in 2023.
CANADA - Currently, the Winnipeg real estate market balances affordability and growth. According to the Canadian Real Estate Association, the average home price in Winnipeg was $816,720 in February. As a result, young families are looking for opportunities in the city's more affordable housing market.
