- May 18, 2026 (Bensalem): A resident hired Hagan to construct a $72,000 home addition. After the victim paid $46,725, Hagan reportedly started the foundation work before abruptly stopping all communication and leaving the job unfinished.
- May 28, 2026 (Middletown): A homeowner hired Hagan for a major $172,700 home renovation, paying $107,566 before any work began. Over the next five months, Hagan allegedly completed only minor demolition and framing. The project was eventually halted when Middletown Township Building and Zoning officials issued a stop-work order due to significant work deficiencies and a failure to comply with approved plans.
