PHIADELPHIA - Square 1682, the modern American restaurant and bar at the Kimpton Hotel Palomar Philadelphia, is embracing the new season with an all-new fall menu. The new offerings, developed by Executive Chef Patrick Czerniak and Lead Bartender Alex Clark, focus on the bold, comforting flavors of autumn.
Chef Czerniak's menu highlights seasonal ingredients in a variety of new dishes. At the bar, Clark’s cocktail list shifts to warm, spice-driven, and aromatic creations, perfectly suited for the cooler weather.
New Autumn Menu Highlights
Chef Czerniak’s new culinary items include:
- Burrata ($21): Served with roasted squash, torn burrata, pumpkin seed and arugula pistou, and crushed Marcona almonds.
- Lamb Meatballs ($18): Prepared with tikka masala, tzatziki, and pita bread.
- Pierogi ($18): Features brown butter, caramelized onion, bacon, and crème fraîche.
- Roasted Squash Soup ($10/$13): Topped with crème fraîche, crispy chicken skin, sage, and green oil.
- Salmon ($34): Accompanied by pumpkin, roasted cauliflower, and braised baby kale.
- 1682 Grilled 12oz Ribeye Steak ($46): Served with polenta fries and a bordelaise sauce.

- Holy Ghost ($16): Buffalo Trace Bourbon, Copper & Kings Brandy, Èlicser Combier, saline, bitters, and absinthe.
- The Cheshire ($18): Glendalough Rose Gin, golden fig, vanilla, lemon, absinthe, clarified with vanilla yogurt.
- Flower of the Moon ($16): Belvedere Vodka infused with matcha and coconut, lavender, mint, and lime.
- Dr. Feelgood ($15): Diplomatico Planas Rum, carrot, ginger, turmeric, apple, and lemon.
- Fever Dream ($18): Don Julio Blanco, Fernet Branca, and Gonzalez Byass Nectar Sherry.
