PHILADELPHIA, PA – Philadelphia is set to become a major hub for international club soccer as Lincoln Financial Field prepares to host eight electrifying matches for the inaugural, expanded FIFA Club World Cup 2025™. Kicking off on June 16, 2025, this historic tournament will bring 32 of the world's most successful club teams from every continent to the United States, with Philadelphia playing a pivotal role in this new era of global football.
The revamped FIFA Club World Cup™ will feature 63 matches over 30 days across 11 U.S. cities, aiming to redefine how the true world club champion is crowned. The competition brings together teams that have earned their spot through sporting merit and continental championships over a four-year cycle.

The inaugural FIFA Club World Cup 2025™ will see its winner crowned on Sunday, July 13, 2025, at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, NJ, where the victorious team will lift the newly designed FIFA Club World Cup Trophy, a collaboration with Tiffany & Co. Philadelphia joins ten other U.S. cities, including Atlanta, Miami, and New York/New Jersey, in hosting this month-long tournament.
