PHILADELPHIA - Fishtown's acclaimed Lebanese restaurant, Suraya, is teaming up with Austin-based Chef Alejandra “Ale” Kuri for an unforgettable, one-night-only collaboration dinner on Sunday, September 22.
Blending the coastal Mexican flair of her Michelin-recognized restaurant Este with the Middle Eastern influences of her upcoming concept Karaz, Chef Kuri and the Suraya team have crafted a highly unique cross-cultural menu.
