PHILADELPHIA, Pa - Red Owl Tavern is ushering in the holiday season with the return of its popular Owlidays Bake Shop, a limited-time pop-up filled with handcrafted festive treats.
Located across from Independence Hall, the contemporary kitchen is blending the joy of the holidays with the spirit of giving. From Monday, November 17, through Christmas Eve, December 24, a portion of all proceeds from the bake shop will benefit the Philabundance Community Kitchen, a local culinary vocational training program.
Led by Executive Chef Charles Vogt, the menu is a holiday host's dream, featuring everything from bake-at-home breakfast pastries to ready-to-serve dessert pies.
The pastry lineup includes flaky Butter Croissants ($28), Chocolate Croissants ($32), and Almond Croissants ($32), all available by the half-dozen. In a convenient touch, customers can choose to buy them freshly baked or frozen, ready to bake at home for a warm, effortless holiday morning.
The menu also features a tempting selection of sweet and savory pies, perfect for Thanksgiving tables, office parties, or holiday gifts.
