Philadelphia, PA – October 8, 2016 – Founding Footsteps is proud to announce the launch of its fourth season of the “Philadelphia True Crime Tour.” Featuring live music and storytelling performances on their signature haunted BYOB trolley, guests will listen to spooky tales, including our nation’s first serial killer, H.H. Holmes, whose misdeeds began and ended in Philly.
The tour also includes less dark topics, such as the debate over the city’s famed Barnes Foundation – is it the crown jewel of the Ben Franklin Parkway or the most significant art heist in history pulled off by corrupt politicians? And how did a woman taking her own life just feet from Independence Hall lead to James Buchanan becoming the only US President to hold office as a bachelor?
Through storytelling, live music, and video presentations, guests will be immersed in the sordid history of Philadelphia without ever having to leave their seats on the trolley. The tour runs Thursdays through Saturdays all of October, starting on Saturday, October 8th. Tickets are 55 dollars, and the time begins and ends at 601 Walnut. Tickets can be purchased at foundingfootsteps.com.
Perfect for a date night or night out with friends, don’t miss this spooky adventure!
