Philadelphia, PA The South Street Headhouse District’s Spring Festival had to jump forward a few months, so they decided to give it a festive makeover and a brand new name: South Street Fest. On Saturday, October 1, 2022, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., festival-goers can enjoy international food and drinks, handmade crafts, iconic, eclectic vendors, and plenty of new experiences and festivities.
