The company is backed by Wyomissing-based Penn National Gaming and will eventually have a number of stand-alone locations featuring the Barstool brand. It will open in Philadelphia later this year. The new bar however will not be a betting parlor.
PHILADEPHIA - A 32-year-old Philadelphia woman was shot multiple times while leaving a baby shower, authorities say. The shooting took place on the 6200 block of Palmetta Street. The mother, who was carrying her baby shower gifts, was pronounced dead at the hospital.
