PHILADELPHIA - Chef Hee Chino Chang has been a staple of the Philadelphia restaurant scene for the past 30 years. He attended the Indiana University of Pennsylvania and later graduated from The Restaurant School in West Philadelphia. After graduation, he began his career at The Pleasant Peasant, a high-end southern Asian cuisine restaurant. The restaurant soon expanded to Atlanta, GA, where he worked as a line cook for a year.
PHILADELPHIA - With the start of a new school year, Philadelphia kids are headed back to their classrooms. However, the city is still facing some health concerns. This year, the city has implemented new measures to combat illness. Philadelphia schools will require students to wear face masks for the first ten days of the new school year. After that, masks will be encouraged but not required. CDC guidelines and the number of cases in the area will determine whether or not masks are necessary.
