- March Madness, cheesesteak style! This year's tournament features 64 contenders battling it out in a bracket-style throwdown, just like the NCAA basketball championship.
- The fate of the cheesesteaks rests in your hands! Head over to Phillybite.com to cast your vote for your favorite cheesesteak in the early rounds.
- The Final Four promises an epic clash. Online voting will be combined with expert cheesesteak judging to determine the ultimate victor.
- One cheesesteak will reign supreme! The champion will be crowned the March Cheesesteak Champion and have their name forever immortalized on the prestigious Cheesy Cup! They'll also get the bragging rights (and the Cup itself) to display at their establishment.

The tournament is divided into four battlegrounds:
- Philadelphia Region: Where cheesesteak royalty resides.
- Delaware County (Delco) Region: Delco cheesesteaks – ready to steal the show.
- NJ/DE Region: Neighboring states bringing their cheesesteak best.
- Remaining Philadelphia Area County Region: A cheesesteak smorgasbord featuring contenders from Chester, Montgomery, Berks, and Bucks counties.
The Selection Process: A Cheesesteak Odyssey
Choosing the top 64 was no easy feat. I meticulously combed through my cheesesteak spreadsheet, focusing on those scoring a phenomenal 90 or above. Regions were divided for fair representation, but narrowing it down to 16 per region meant some worthy contenders had to wait for their shot next year. Don't despair, cheesesteak champions – there's always another tournament!
