PHILADELPHIA - The C&C Creamery on Ridge Avenue is set to reopen today after a terrifying robbery earlier this week. On Monday afternoon, two armed suspects pointed a gun through the takeout window and stole an unknown amount of money. Thankfully, no one was hurt.

Police are currently searching for the suspects involved in the robbery. Philadelphia Police Commissioner Danielle Outlaw and Mayor Jim Kenney called a news conference to address the police-involved shooting that killed 27-year-old Eddie Irizarry. Sources have told Action News that the officer involved in the shooting will be fired.

The CMC Creamery staff are grateful that no one was hurt during the robbery and are looking forward to reopening their doors to customers again.
