The two locations will feature new flavors, such as OREO bagels and DORITO bags, Cookie Monster Cream Cheese, and two new breakfast sandwich options. There are also a variety of summer drinks, including Peach Cobbler chai and Bananas Foster iced coffee.
Owners Derek Gibbons and Tim Lu, who opened nine new brick-and-mortar restaurants and concepts during the pandemic over the past year, celebrated the expansion of Bagels and Co. this week with two new locations. They also plan to open six more bagel shops and at least eight other restaurant/bar concepts in the coming year.
