PHILADELPHIA - Bolo's Latin American Dining Room, Rum Bar, and Latin American Cuisine in the busy Rittenhouse Square area has launched a happy hour service during weekdays from 4 pm to 6 pm on Mondays through Saturdays. Happy hours are only available at the first-floor bar and lounge. The menu includes half-priced pinchos (skewered meats and vegetables), cuchifritos, and piscolabis as well as Ceviche Shooters, which are fresh and delicious. There is also a $2 discount on cocktails and a $6 glass of wine.
Bolo Latin American Restaurant & Rum Bar
Bolo's happy hour allows imbibers of rum to sample the extensive rum program. Imbibers can enjoy $2 off a wide range of classic and signature cocktails. Happy hour guests will also receive $2 off selected beers such as Bolo Light and Bolo Dark - two Bolo varieties specially brewed by My Local Brew Works for Bolo. You can also enjoy $6 glasses of white or red wine.
Fuentes Abuela, a beautician who worked for Fuentes, inspired signature cocktails such as the Flipped Bob. This cocktail is made with Bulleit Rye Whiskey and Amaro Montenegro. The horchata with sesame seeds and orange is also included. The restaurant was inspired by Fuentes's grandfather Bolo, a short form of Abuelo.
