PHILADELPHIA - Cuba Libre Restaurant & Rum Bar, Old City (10 S. 2nd St.), will celebrate National Rum Day by offering $15 rum flights for the entire month of August and half-priced rum drinks on National Rum Day, Wednesday, Aug. 16, from 4 p.m. until 6:30 p.m. at happy hour.
Cuba Libre invites all rum lovers and enthusiasts to celebrate rum with them. They have partnered with Bacardi and Don Q. They are offering curated rum flights - El Coqui Flight (Gold, Reserva 7 Gran Reserva, $15) and Facundo's Flight (Anejo cuatro Reserva Ocho Gran Reserva Diez, $15) with Bacardi. Each flight will include three 1-ounce pours for each of the featured rums. The flights are available all day in the restaurant from August 1-31.
The half-off specials on National Rum Day will be offered at the bar from 4 pm to 6:30 pm. This applies to all drinks, including those that include rum.
