NEW JERSEY - The governor announced the state may be entering a second wave of the virus, which already lead to over 14-thousand dead in the state of New Jersey.

 

The new restrictions will take effect Thursday. The governor's new order was in response to an increase in the infection rate over the past seven days of 2,000 per day. Compared to the Aug infection rate of 370 cases per day.
