Philadelphia, PA - Philadelphia's own concert promotional company, Dope Shows continue to make their mark in the hip hop community, while giving back to the city that raised them.

Co-founders Stephen Piner and Jamir Shaw need to provide the necessary resources to uplift and guide Philadelphia's youth to a bright future.

On August 29, 2021, Dope Shows partnered with the local youth-founded, youth-led nonprofit organization, Dimplez 4 Dayz Inc., to host its third annual BACK 2 SCHOOL Book Bag Extravaganza, the Fillmore in Philadelphia.

Together, they gave away one thousand book bags filled with abundant supplies to local students to prepare them for the upcoming school year. In addition to pencils, folders, and notebooks, a few students were lucky enough to even find tickets to forthcoming Dope Shows events.

Preparing for a new school year has never been more fun. Families attending the event enjoyed live entertainment from DJ Aye Boogie and complimentary cheesesteaks, courtesy of Aversa's Bakery.

Dope Shows shows no signs of slowing down, as they just announced yet another concert with some of the hottest names in Hip Hop. On Saturday, November 6, 2021, Dope Shows will host a live show at The Met Philadelphia with headliners City Girls and 42 Dugg.

Dope Shows Co-Founder Jamir Shaw and Steph Piner said, "We wanted to bring something different to the market by pairing up popular artists and putting them in one intimate setting. That's why we decided to bring City Girls & 42 Dugg together at the Met Philly. This continues our mantra 'Ain't No Shows Like Dope Shows.'"

Attendees can expect show-stopping hip-hop performances, independent brand vendors, sponsorship activations, and much more.
