PHILADEPHIA, PA - South Philly's restaurant with a social mission hosts a special benefit dinner that brings together two celebrated chefs to help The Attic Youth Center. The dinner is also part of the festivities to celebrate Stina’s second anniversary and part of Philly Gay Pride Month.

Chef Bobby Saritsoglou of Stina BYO comes together with celebrated Chef Ari Miller of Musi for a one-night-only benefit at Stina on Tuesday, June 29th, from 4:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Stina will donate 20% of that evening’s sales to support the only organization in the area dedicated to serving LGBTQ youth. Additionally, Stina is also donating 1% of sales for Philly Gay Pride Month to The Center.

Stina BYO and Musi Team Up for Collaboration Dinner to Benefit Attic Youth Center

Saritsoglou and Miller will collaborate on a four-course fixed-price dinner that includes Marinated Feta & Charred Lettuces, Fish Kebab Roasted in Fig Leaf. Malted Grain, Red Tahina. Dry-Aged Duck, Mint & Cherry Zhoug, and Black Lime Malabi Charred Fruit & Olive Oil. The dinner is $85 per person.

Additionally, Stina will host a special Stickman Brews pop-up for the night, with beers designed to pair with the meal - for $10 for four beer pairings or $5 for a la cart brews.
