GLEN MILLS, PA — Nestled on a 50-acre estate in the heart of the Brandywine Valley, Grace Winery has long been known for its French-inspired wines and rustic charm. Now, the historic property is elevating its food game to match the vintage in the glass.

Beginning Friday, November 21, the winery will debut an all-new dinner menu helmed by recently appointed Executive Chef Dan Netter.

Netter, a 15-year culinary veteran whose resume includes stints as Sous Chef at Philadelphia’s beloved Parc and Executive Chef at Harper’s Garden, is bringing a farm-to-fork philosophy to the vineyard. His inaugural menu focuses heavily on seasonality, utilizing ingredients sourced directly from the property's robust herb garden.

A Menu Rooted in the Region

The new offerings are designed to bridge the gap between refined technique and approachable comfort food.

"This menu is rooted in the seasonality of our region and vineyard," said Netter. "I’m especially proud of the way we’ve woven together local ingredients with classic technique to create something that feels both refined and approachable."

Highlights of the new dinner lineup include:

  • French Onion Tart: A savory puff pastry topped with caramelized onions, gruyère, and parmigiana crisps.
  • Duck Confit: Served with a Vadouvan cannellini purée, carrots, and Brussels leaves.
  • Braised Short Rib: Paired with red cabbage, sweet potato, and a cranberry compote.
  • Mushroom Barley Risotto: featuring turnip "scallops" and a leek soubise.
  • Local Oysters: Served with a mignonette made from Grace Winery’s own Rosé.

Cocktails & Pairings

To complement the food, the winery is rejuvenating its cocktail program with autumnal twists on classics. Guests can sip on a Walnut Old Fashioned made with Boardroom Spirits Nocino, or a Mulled Wine crafted with Grace Winery’s Gracie Red and star anise.

Naturally, the wine list remains a centerpiece. Winemaker Andrew Yingst’s portfolio—including the mineral-driven Pinot Gris and the New Zealand-inspired Sauvignon Blanc—is available by the glass or bottle to pair with Netter’s dishes.
