A Pet Costume Contest and Fall Fest Philadelphia-Based Animal Shelter

Tickets include pet entry into the contest, a strut down the red carpet, plus one fall-themed photo of pets in their Howl-o-ween best. Proceeds will benefit The Morris Animal Refuge.

Judges will determine the winners based on the following categories: Best Overall, Best Philly "Jawn," and Best Team Costume. Winners in each category will receive a trophy and prize.

Menagerie Coffee will be offering puppycinos, and for paw-tastic photos, a replica of the iconic Ghost Buster car will be on-site for pet-owners and their furry friends to take pictures along with a local friendly neighborhood ghost-specialist from the Philadelphia/New Jersey Ghost Busters who will be investigating and busting away ghosts lurking around to support the cause.

To continue the fun at this year's Howl-o-Ween, music and outdoor games such as cornhole and football toss will be available for use. The Bourse will set up fun fall-themed decorations on the patio for additional photo-taking and celebration.

To further support the animal shelter, Morris Animal Refuge will be offering paw painting portraits as well as raffle prizes.

This is an outdoor-only event, and pets are not permitted inside The Bourse Food Hall.

The Bourse is located in Old City, just off of the Market-Frankford subway line. For those driving, The Bourse parking garage is located on the fourth street.
