After massive construction from top to bottom and rebuilding the entire building, Bridget Foy's was set to grand open this week - but due to the closure of indoor dining and restrictions - the NEW Bridget Foy's will have to wait to March - there was no other option for the family.
East Philly Cafe Pop-up
However, East Philly Cafe Pop-up will debut today in time for the holidays and remain open through February/March. This beautiful, sparkling holiday outdoor restaurant and pop-up bar will offer ample outdoor, covered, socially distanced seating under the new patio roof with one of the most state of the art outdoor heating systems in the city.
Easy Philly Cafe will bring with it take-out, delivery and cocktails to go - with a menu of burger and bar comfort food favorites - designed all new for this pop-up. The new pop-up will keep employees at Cry Baby Pasta employed over the winter as Cry Baby downsizes to take-out, delivery and outdoor on nice days - with no indoor option due to the shut-down.
Celebrate the snow day and the return of the Foy's to their famous corner of the world with $5 cups of hot chili and $5 hot toddies.
