PHILADELPHIA - Chestnut Hill is celebrating its century-long artistic legacy with the return of the 42nd annual Fall for the Arts Festival on Sunday, September 27. Transforming Germantown Avenue into a massive open-air market from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., this free, family-friendly event will feature over 300 artists and vendors showcasing original works across a variety of mediums.
