A Culinary Legend at the Helm

To bring their vision to life, the Mahoneys have tapped renowned Chef Derek Davis to lead the kitchen. A true heavyweight in the regional dining scene, Davis is widely recognized for his instrumental role in transforming Manayunk into a premier restaurant destination. With an impressive resume that includes iconic hotspots such as Sonoma, Derek's, and Kansas City Prime, Davis is bringing his signature flair and expert execution to the Conshohocken neighborhood.

"We have been hard at work putting the finishing touches on Rick's Tavern and can't wait to introduce Conshohocken to a modern dining experience that perfectly blends Italian tradition with artisan inspiration from our talented chef Derek Davis," said co-owner Gale Mahoney.
