At Red Owl Tavern guests can enjoy The Last Sip of Summer ($16), made with peaflower-infused Bluebird Distilling Honeycomb Gin, yellow chartreuse, Campari, Antica Carpano, Dolin Dry Vermouth and a splash of St. Germain for $15. At Royal Boucherie the Mafiosa ($15) is crafted with La Gritona Reposado Tequila and Bonanto Aperitivo. Stratus Rooftop Lounge is offering the Summer's Sunset ($17), which takes classic components of the Negroni and combines some summer flair and flavors.

At The Dutch guests can indulge in the Kingston Negroni ($15), featuring Jamaican rum sweet vermouth and Campari. Urban Farmer’s refreshing Negroni ($17) is made with Gray Whale Gin pickled tomato Carpano Antica and Campari; for each drink purchased $1 will be donated to Slow Food’s mission to support a world where everyone can enjoy food and beverages that are good for them.

Lastly at Assembly Rooftop Lounge guests can support a great mission while celebrating the remaining weeks of the season by indulging in their Negroni ($18) that features Beefeater Gin sherry and strawberry infused Campari to give it a sweet touch; for each drink purchased $1 will be donated to Slow Food’s mission to support a world where everyone can enjoy food and beverages that are good for them.
