PHILADELPHIA - Oloroso, Philadelphia's premier Spanish tapas restaurant, and sherry bar, is hosting an exclusive, first-look dinner party to welcome Kiddo, a soon-to-launch contemporary American restaurant serving up vegetable-forward fare and tasty drinks.

On Monday, September 18th at 7 pm, the intimate multi-course dinner will be led by Kiddo Co-Owner/Chef Wyatt Piazza - the former Executive Chef of Oloroso's sister restaurant, Townsend Wentz Restaurant Group's popular Italian BYO concept A Mano. Tickets are available for purchase via Resy for $75 per person.

This pop-up at Oloroso is the final preview dinner before Piazza's new restaurant opens at 1138 Pine Street later this fall. Upon opening, Kiddo will boast a vegetable-heavy, hyper-seasonal dinner menu utilizing locally grown and sourced produce from Pennsylvania farms.

Guests can expect a four-course sit-down dinner featuring Summer Panzanella with mixed heirloom tomatoes, peaches, and cucumbers; Charred Eggplant Ravioli with Sungold pistou; Wild Striped Sea Bass with fermented pepper sauce and rapini; and Salted Caramel Pie with sweet corn ice cream.

Guests are invited to start their evening at Oloroso's cherry wood bar, where they can indulge in custom cocktails, exclusive sherry, or an expertly crafted wine selection – all available for purchase à la carte.
