PHILADELPHIA - Iron Hill Brewery & Restaurant has launched a new all-day menu. The diverse menu is now available at Iron Hill restaurants in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Greenville, South Carolina. It broadens offerings while capturing elements that separate the growing restaurant group from its competitors.

The brand has undergone one of its most comprehensive overhauls over the past 25 years. The new menu is designed to break the barrier between the kitchen and the brewery. Many dishes are prepared using Iron Hill's signature beers. Iron Hill's new elevated menu matches and enhances the creative flavors of its on-site-made beers.

The menu features 19 dishes inspired by Iron Hill beers, including Fried Rhode Island Calamari served with sriracha IPA Ranch and Pretzel Crusted Salmon paired with IPA Mustard.

New Healthy Selections menu items offer higher protein and lower-fat options for dietary and lifestyle preferences. These include the Black Bean Burger (a fan favorite) with less than 500 calories. Other new items include Sesame Crusted 'Rare' Ahi Tuna with Fire-Roasted Vegetables, Salmon Cakes, Red Chile Shrimp with black bean cakes, sweet corn saute and spinach saute, and Mexican crema and chipotle creme.

Iron Hill has recently also introduced a new Brunch Menu, served on Saturdays and Sundays until 2 pm in all Iron Hill restaurants. Bloody Hill is Iron Hill's weekend brunch, a Bloody Mary topped with Cheesesteak eggroll, grilled shrimp, Nashville Hot Chicken slider, bacon, and celery. Iron Hill's Kids' Menu offers three classics to make even the pickiest Iron Hill fans smile.
