PHILADELPHIA - Toska Restaurant & Brewery has opened at 7136 Germantown Ave. The menu includes wood-fired pizza and house-made beer. Toska is the latest concept from the team behind M2O Burgers. Jim, Leo, and Pep Osmanollaj's family came to America after the Kosovo War 2000. They were disappointed that there wasn't a restaurant in Philadelphia that reflected their Albanian heritage.


Brendan Breslin was brought in to assist with the brewery.  Brendan has eight years of experience in brewing and most recently worked for Stickman Brews in Royersford. They will create four house beers with his team in the brewery they built in their restaurant's basement. Mt Airy Ale, Three Brothers IPA, and others will be available. Toska Hazy IPA, The Brew – Master Bren Lager.

These beers can be purchased individually or on a flight. Troegs Brewing Company can also be chosen. Conshohocken Brewing Company, Root Down Beer Company, and Troegs Brewing Company are also options. The restaurant and brewery also offer wine by the glass or bottle and hand-crafted cocktails.

Happy Hour is offered daily from Monday through Friday from 4 to 6 and on Saturdays and Sundays from 10 pm to midnight. Caesar Salads and Toska Burgers will be available, as well as Corn Ribs served with hand-cut fries and Wood Fired Wings.

Toska's hours are 11 am to midnight on Saturdays and Fridays and 11 am to 10 pm Sundays to Thursdays.
