Philadelphia, PA - Spring is here, and Sor Ynez is proud to announce its Spring Fling Market to celebrate Earth Day. It will occur on Saturday, April 22nd, from 11 a.m. - 4 p.m. This event will take place on the restaurant's patio at 1800 N. American Street. It will feature local artists and be sponsored by Keepin' it Small. Guests are encouraged to support small businesses and help keep them sustainable by buying locally.

The market will also feature Chef Alexis Tellez’s seasonal brunch and bar menu.  These innovative dishes showcase local ingredients using traditional Mexican techniques and family recipes.

The Earth Day Market will be a celebration of community and sustainability. It will feature a wide range of talented vendors, brought together by Avery Goldman, Keepin' it Small. This digital directory of local businesses aims to help small businesses flourish, and owners share their stories.

Guests can also enjoy a brunch happy hour with Buck-a-Shuck oysters and exclusive pricing on signature cocktails. Alexis Tellez, Executive Chef, uses ingredients from local farms, his herb garden, homemade bread, and traditional Mexican flavors in his from-scratch recipes.

Tellez also has a new dinner menu that features Queso Fresco. It is made a la plancha with salsa macha and topped off with spring beans, radish salad, and wood sorrel. From 5 p.m. until 10 p.m., dinner is served Thursday through Saturday.
