PHILADELPHIA -- Atlas Restaurant Group proudly announces that Loch Bar will join Philadelphia's thriving food & drink scene in Fall 2023. This new seafood restaurant will serve lunch, dinner, and brunch at the corner of Broad Street and Spruce Street, on the ground floor of Arthaus Condominiums.
Loch Bar is located at 301 S. Broad Street, on the ground floor of Dranoff Properties' new luxury residential building Arthaus Condominiums. It will be in one of Philadelphia's most vibrant and creative neighborhoods. Loch Bar is directly across the street from the Kimmel Center For The Performing Arts. Venues like the Wilma, Suzanne Roberts, and the Academy of Music surround it. This will make Loch Bar a vital player in creating and adding to the Avenue of the Arts' unique vibrancy.
Loch Bar also plans to use herbs from the sky garden and greenhouse at Arthaus Condominiums in select dishes and cocktails.
