Assembly Rooftop Lounge, The Logan Hotel’s year-round swanky rooftop cocktail bar and lounge, is closing out its popular Alpine Heights seasonal pop-up with a week of Fire & Ice in celebration of Valentine’s Day featuring an Ice Bar, flaming cocktails, Make Your Own S’Mores Boards with tabletop stoves, and of course, Assembly’s blazing fire pits, cozy blankets, and unparalleled views. The weeklong pop-up will run from February 10 through February 18 — or until the ice bar melts.
Lovers, soulmates, twin flames, and those looking to ignite — or re-ignite — a fire with their boo are invited to the ninth floor of The Logan Hotel for some fiery cocktails and chill. For one week, Assembly will boast a custom ice bar courtesy of Ice Sculpture Philly on its outdoor patio featuring cocktails boasting Pennsylvania-made Union Forge Vodka, including:
- Love Me (Bar)tender ($15) crafted with Union Forge Vodka, Salers Aperitif, Cucumber Mint Syrup, and fresh lime
- Drunk in Love ($17) crafted with Union Forge Vodka, herbal thyme liqueur, raspberry syrup, and fresh lime
- Friends with Benefits ($15) crafted with cinnamon-infused Union Forge Vodka, Cognac, passionfruit, maple syrup, and cream
Additionally, guests can enjoy the namesake beverage of the pop-up, a Fire and Ice Shot ($12) crafted with Joaquin’s Blackberry Brandy, Bailey’s, Kahlua, Wray & Nephew Overproof Jamaican Rum, served aflame and sure to set hearts ablaze.
For sweethearts with a sweet tooth, Executive Chef Sonny Ingui is serving up a decked-out S’mores Board ($18) with chocolate, crackers, marshmallows, and more, served with its own dedicated tabletop stove, as well as a Baked Alaska ($14), both made to be shared and lovingly spoon-fed to significant others.
