PHILADELPHIA, PA – Forsythia, Chef Christopher Kearse’s contemporary French restaurant and bar in Old City, is delving into the world of delicacies and gourmet fare with the upcoming installment of The French AF Series titled La Fête des Abats, an indulgent, rare five-course offal dinner, on Wednesday, December 14. The imaginative riffs on various offal-focused dishes planned for La Fête des Abats can be accompanied by thoughtfully curated wine pairings, hand-picked and guided by Mitch Skewer of The Artisan’s Cellar.

La Fête des Abats is the latest in an ongoing French-themed culinary series at Philadelphia’s pioneering French bar and restaurant, revered for constructing French-inspired cuisine with a modern twist. The French AF Series allows Kearse and his team to experiment with a wide variety of classic French ingredients, techniques, and regions while offering gastronomes an exclusive dining experience for one night only. 

Those attending La Fête des Abats can expect a variety of offal, including duck heart, beef tongue, and sweet bread, prepared and presented by Kearse in meticulous, exceptional dishes.
