PHILADELPHIA - In a city full of coffee shops, it's no surprise to see a new cafe with an upscale name - Mouthful Of Diamonds is the first of its kind to use vacuum distillation, clear ice, and specialty coffee roasters.


Owner James Cain, a founder of Vault Brewing, is in the process of opening his new concept, which will use a vacuum distillation process and specialty ice to create a one-of-a-kind coffee brew. The new venue at 1850 Hope Street in the Fishtown section will also have a cocktail cafe, seating 75 patrons. The concept is an interesting combination, and we're excited to check it out.
