She's excited to announce a series of summer-long collaborations and pop-ups highlighting her new sauce, Poi Dog Huli Huli. This iconic Philadelphia Cheesesteak restaurant has served the classic Philly cheesesteak sandwich for over seven decades and nostalgic offerings such as eggs creams and dairy shakes.
On June 28, cheesesteak fans can enjoy a Huli Huli chicken cheesesteak ($15), an 8-inch Joe's style Chicken Cheesesteak, which has been marinated in Huli Huli sauce for 24 hours. It is available with or without wiz (of course), and comes with fries and Huli Huli dip. Joe's Steaks + Soda Shop will offer this limited-edition Sandwich for a limited period only on the 28th of June, starting at 11 am and ending when it sells out.

It contains sweet pineapple, savory miso, and fragrant Chinese five spices. Huli means 'turn' in Hawaiian. "Huli Huli", refers to the cooking method for Huli Huli Chicken on an open flame.
