PHILADELPHIARoyal Boucherie is Old City's lively neighborhood bar and restaurant. It will host its first-ever Corks & Caviar dinner. This four-course meal will feature a variety of Champagnes and sparkling wines, innovative caviar tastings, and carefully curated dishes.

Participants in Corks & Caviar can expect guided tastings, which allow guests to savor each variety's complex saline flavors. Then, they will be paired with champagne or sparkling wine. Royal Boucherie's private second-floor dining room will host the posh inaugural dinner. It is located next to the garden rooftop patio. Wine pairings will accompany each course after the tasting portion. Executive Chef Christopher Conrow created the menu.
